The Heart Studio offers a variety of on-site Creative Process Workshops and courses which focus on themes that are specifically designed to assist with the professional development of teams and businesses.

Inspiration exercises
Themes and inspiration exercises are specifically designed to bypass the critical analytical mind, and to help lose the fear of art-making.

Art-making Processes
Courses include a range of inspirational exercises, visualisations, art-making processes, and reflections.

Community Workshops
Participants in community projects and NGOs benefit hugely from Creative Process Workshops.

Seeing and expressing from the Heart
The spontaneous, imaginative and intuitive way of creating encourages seeing and expressing from the heart. A conversation with the art piece arises which can reveal surprising insights.

Clarity and Acceptance
The spontaneous, creative process often reveals surprising insights that are otherwise inaccessible through the logical, rational mind. This brings clarity and acceptance of self and the differences of others, encouraging deeper co-operation and bonding within groups.

Retreats and Getaways
Creative Process Retreats and Getaways provide a space undisturbed by the modern world in which one can breathe, release, express and come home to oneself.
